I would like to see rpg/leveling system in play similar to Sleeping Dogs, for me its great motivation to do side quest and complete all available missions. I really like the feeling of becoming more efficient(bad a**) as the game progresses.
Get of you "high" horse!
Good news is it should have blue ray, bad news the big brother trend is killing our right to privacy.
Been waiting and anticipating KoA:R for a while and my hunch was dead on, seems like its gonna be an amazing game. Here's to many more good scores. Ps Demo is available as of today 1/17.
I think they need a hardcore difficulty setting as DLC. (which will include)
-a harder leveling system
-no fast travel unless its by paid horse and carriage.
-less OP enchantment and smithing.
-more difficult dragon fights (they all should be epic encountes) like ohhhh sh*t better save here comith a f*n dragon!
-more blood and gore. c'mon lets see some more heads roll, arms severed and body specific damage.
I could prob think of mor...
A. Join the guild of choice.(to learn class of choice potential abilities)
B. Explore and due side quest in order to max out your character. (level up)
C. Complete main campaign as an unstoppable bad a** as a reward for your hard work.
D. Wait for some good dlc (example nights of the nine: Oblivion)then choose a different path (good/evil) (honest/thief) (mage/warrior) and enjoy the game anew. (with a new area to explore, new baddies, new char...
I have been following this game for a while now, and I am truly excited for its release. Unique combo system, the ability to choose a class w/o being locked in at the beginning, a sandbox world and a rich leveling system. I feel this will aid the game in having a high replay value due to the fact you will choose to follow a certain skill tree and leave other skill trees only available to try on subsequent playthroughs. Yes! I think this game finally got right what I expect out a single player...

Im with you Jio, I have Deadric armor w/ double enchant perks that give me destruction magicka that cost zero mana, and resistances to elements. I too have become an unstoppable mage . (although it has become far too easy) Although sneaking around in the shadows and slaying everyone for 30x dmg seems loads of fun too. Skyrim is an amazing game, just wish on master it was more difficult to level up.
My main gripe is leveling is too quick and the ability to smith/enchant the best armor/weapons leaves me w/no motivation to complete all side quests or to grind for levels/better loot. I am playing on master as pure mage and I am OP, i smith-ed deadric armor with the double enchant perk I managed to become almost indestructible and my destruction magicka cost zero mana, ive made it too easy, and at level 49 i have 8 skill points waiting until i come across a challenge that will entice me to u...
Im with you mimetime KoA: Reckoning looks to be shaping up nicely, although I wouldnt say "more hyped" but ready for a different style rpg, I want a game that I cant max my avatar half way through the campaign and about a 1000 side quests left to do, I would complete them all if it meant more xp towards higher and stronger perks or finding random stronger/better loot to equip but as it stands I smithed and enchanted the best equipment possible for my avatars needs and lost all motiv...
10hrs... haha no sh*t Gazman I put more hrs in than that on release night I was up to the wee hours of the morning. (not that Im proud, just the truth)
I agree, but if you put difficulty on master the game should be hard enough to where you cant access such OP equipment unless you really work for it in other words you should not be able to smith the best armor in the game but rewarded with it in the depth of some dungeon or cave or some off the wall side quest, I dont want to have to gimp myself into exploring the world it should be a slandered based on difficulty settings, I hate knowing I have access to some badas* weapon/armor and Im choo...
Thanx for the advice, but yea I have it on Master I have my 360 setup to automatically set games to the hardest difficulty, and I always check game settings for good measure... I have not found master magicka yet but I am using expert magicka at zero consumption, as far as wards, bone armor with heavy armor perk (armor rating at 400 plus atm) almost maxed out w/ the use of slow time dragon shout plus a close wounds heal (which I rarely have to use them btw) keeps me worry free of dying. Stron...
I have not come across any issues yet, but if I had to gripe about anything it might be that you can practically max out skills/perks very early on in the game, I feel that with such a large world that it should take much more exploring b4 maxing out a single skill/perk, I like exploring for the sake of leveling not just to explore. I have enchanting maxed and smithing maxed so ive created dragon bone armor head to toe w/ enchantments that allow for zero consumption to magicka. Free magic ftw...
Agreed! LOL... Excuse me kind sir can you help me with, snort huh what Skyim?!... zzzzz snooze. x.x
Skyrim is a masterpiece, I cant put it down deserves every sent and my GoTY for sure... here's looking at you.
To each their own. Imho though the clear choice is Skyrim based on the sheer scope of the game and the endless possibilities of character customization and game direction, I must be honest and also state I have not played UC3 B:AC nor LoZ: SS but thats just my opinion and Im entitled to it. Happy gaming and may the best game when. cough cough skyrim cough. lol
@admiralvic thanx for the update, glad to hear that love me some sipmsons... Doh!
