When you think about it Activision doesnt have much, every ip they own they destroy(with the exception of COD but we shall see). Tony hawk sucks, GH sucks, DJ hero sucks, Transformers was mediocre, spiderman was meh...and COD makes trillions of dollars.

If I recall the PS3 version of Oblivion looked better than the 360s, but that was after a year of tweaking so it could go both ways.
