I'll give Risen 2 a chance. I'm not expecting Skyrim quality, but hopefully it's better than the first game. I gave Two Worlds 2 a chance and was quite surprised by how much I liked it.
Woo!!! Looks like a great game!
Since the game is a PREQUEL to the movie, I'll at least give it a chance.
The last three Spyro games were crap, but this one could end up being really good. If the gimmicks don't take away from the gameplay, I will give it a chance. It's a new studio, so I'm interested to see what they can come up with.
To save the franchise it needs a complete makeover.
- Bring back the RPG elements and then add even more in.
- Give the environments more color.
- It would need to be open world (or have really big areas to explore).
- Add some life to the environments.
- A variety of distinctive environments.
- Wildlife.
- Unusual environments (mushroom meadows, tree houses, underwater cities, etc).
- Character customization.
- ...
For those that don't know, a few months back a Bioware staff member confirmed on the Mass Effect forums that there would be no multi-player mode for Mass Effect 3.
Pointless article is pointless
Is it considered "cool" to give good games bad review scores these days?
You people crack me up.
The game has an average score of 79/100. If you are making your mind up not to play the game because of this one review, you are making a BIG mistake.
The majority of reviews for this game are giving it at least an 8/10. Read them.
There have been SO MANY positive reviews of the game posted on N4G, yet some of you are basing your opinion on this 1 review?
Fail.
HHG, you are a moron.
PS, Activision sucks.
Yeah, me too!
The score is 8.5/10... What the hell, N4G?
@ dktxx2
New Halo releases go without a word? No way, dude. There were countless amounts of Halo: Reach articles posted on N4G last year.

Depressed people might play video games excessively because they don't confident enough to socialize with other people. That makes sense to me, but that would mean depression was a problem BEFORE they started playing games, rather than after...
Because Alan Wake sucked.
The gameplay was extremely repetitive, it had no replay value and the story was as thin as a wafer (it was only confusing at first because we didn't know the full story until a few chapters in).
The game is not a movie tie-in. Seriously, some people here have the IQ of a goldfish.
Hopefully the credits don't take another 14 years!
