You can not believe it as much as you want. Ask any psychologys about this and they will tell you that in fact hording is in our nature. You can laugh at it but at one point in your life either you have or you will collect something. But most of us have a good sense not to over do it.

Well nostalgia is a huge factor for sure but Crash is also an amazing game. They don't make games like Crash anymore so I think what we want is good mascot games.

I was just thinking why that could be. I think the reason is that the average gamer is 32 year old roughly and grew up with Crash. Also, I believe that this generation prefers sp games too. So they really catered to the majority of gamers with this remake. But now, young gamers get to enjoy it too. So I guess, know your audience right?
I'm so happy to see this. This can mean 3 things. A brand new Crash Bandicoot game, more remakes could be made and platformers will make a comback. All good outcomes. Crash rules!!
Never buy digital. Buy the physical so you get to actually own the game insted of getting a license to play it.

You do know that they remade Resident Evil 1 for the current gen and they made it work with human characters. They are also working on RE2. So what you said would be an issue is in fact not an issue. So, I would still love to see Tomb Raider remade, especially 3 since it's my favorite.

I'm sure I will get a ton of disagrees but I'm so much more happier with these remakes than a new FPS game. Bring on all the remakes! I wish these games would be remade:

Yes, exclusives work and those are the determining factors for console sales. They are just talking out of there asses. It's such a typical human behavior. If you can't have something, just degrade it. Talk bad about and try to convince others why it's crap and doesn't matter. But once you have it, it's the best thing ever. They would be singing a different tune if they had a ton of exclusives.

Bjorn, that is just your opinion. But usually bad games don't get remade. Crash Bandicoot has a huge fanbase because it was good and that is why it has been remade. You will never see bad games remade.
So, just because you don't like it, it doesn't mean it's bad. I don't like WoW, never did but I acknowledge that it's a good game.

I love gaming, but family is way more important. I have a wife and a 2.5 year old and still can game. Your life does not end just because you have a family. That's some Hollywood bullshit that people want to believe. Time management is everything.
I'm 32. Not old by any stretch of the imagination....unless you ask a 14 year old. They will tell you that I should head to the cemetery. But in reality 32 or 33 like the author is fucking joung man. There is no way I will stop playing games. As long as I have my eyes and hands I will be playing games. I've been gaming since the age of 4-5 so 1988-1989. I don't plan to stop any time soon.
