I felt that Silent Hill 3 was more visually disturbing than SH2 but that SH2 was more psychologically disturbing than SH3. SH2 just made me freak out and get paranoid way more SH3 made me ... sick from looking at things xD

Duping and experience exploits don't really matter imo. If people don't want to cheat they'll choose not to use the exploit otherwise its there for people who want to boost. I fail to see how it is game breaking.
