I think they will be included in the game it will just ask you at the beginning of the game like most games do.
I always play with the English because I want to understand what they are saying without reading small print that usually goes by real fast.

Get a playstation tv from gamestop used it's about 30 and the game is about 15 or 20 and if you have a ps3 of ps4 controller your set you can play for at min 50bucks

I have both I prefer the xb1 for just playing because I love the set up of the controller and I love the new server settings they released in the latest update.
I also love my pc version for the mods the instant level up and just killin mass things and making big projects in a shorter amount of time. (I play single player on both)

So I had a chance to play with oculus back in 2014 so I know awhile ago but it was really awesome I got to play the game grave I think. The game was a horror game where you just survive then a zombie runs and trust to kill u. Game was awesome very basic but I ran around looking all about and its very imersive especially in fps games. Well its the only for now they do say there will be another chance to pre order psvr in the summer so I assume what might happen is what happened with the vita launch
If you get this first bundle pre ordered maybe you get it a week earlier than if you wait and get the core deal only (just speculating)
If your trying to catch alot of the pokemon you should get oras well one of them because you can get almost all pokemon except event legendarys
Early access is awesome I do wish it was on ps4 so I could play ark survival evolved early instead having to wait to who knows when.
