TW3 shits all over Skyrim. More creature types, bigger cities, better minigames, better combat, sea exploration, better ecosystem/weather trends, better story, better loot when exploring caves and dungeons, more diverse weapons and gear, better everything really.

Don't mind gay romance, but when you have more gay characters then straight characters in the game (especially in a medieval setting), an agenda is being forced. There's no excuse for straight males to have only two romance options (since 80% of people who plays DA are straight males).. Another reason why CD projekt put Bioware to shame.
