They've got great character models that's for sure.
You kind of have to see it from an artist' perspective. They see through the flaws and tricks of their own work. From a viewers perspective, they never the saw the inner works of the design, so to them it looks fine.

The Bad Company 2 Port Valdez Demo had some major changes in the final game. Call it whatever you want, they still use it for feedback for day one patch, which BC2 also had.

I knew there was some kind of explanation for this. The boss battles just seemed so different from the rest of the game. If you played stealth most of the time, you were suddenly thrust into this mode were you now had no choice but frantically run, shoot, hide, and repeat.
