Haha don’t lump with those fans. I never needed BC and Xbox is wasting there time and money with BC. What’s most important is the current gen games, not last gen or last last gen game compatibility.
Haha we’re not even close to 20ms. And for me personally I require 5ms or faster. Until then I’m always gonna game on a box.

Yes it would add cost in any case. It’s called research and development. Especially the kind that most people want, which is they want a system where they can stick a PS4 disc in and it will automatically work.
Software would also require R/D. That would require even more because they need to do more updates and create the software.
They should make more PS5 exclusives not this feature that I’m not gonna even use.

I hope they make strong hardware again and charge atleast $600 for the PS5. PS4 was too weak this generation.

BC is no good, you’re adding cost to a finite total price of a system. So in other words, getting BC in the PS5 means your handicapping the PS5 hardware from taking full advantage of new PS5 games.

My original DualShock 4 the left stick rubber came off within a year or less. Xbox controllers I’ve ran into no issues.
I meant of DMC1-3, 3 is the only one that really holds up.

DMC1 was good for its time. The only game in the PS2 generation that holds up today is DMC3. So yes bring on DMC6 please.
DualShock 5 just needs to be the Xbox One controller. The only thing that Microsoft did right this generation is make a great controller.
Battle Royal type games are for casual gamers. Play real games like RE2, KH3, and DMC5.
Well it’s better than the DS4. Because that controller dies in about 3 play sessions and so you just play it while tethered to the system so you don’t have to get up and deal with it.
I will see if my 2080ti can do 4K 60 on metro using DLSS. Digital foundry will show the comparison.
Even as a 3D metroidvania it’s not similar. You’re basically need keys to open doors. In Metroidvanias you need new powers to do certain things that include more than just doors.
Whether you like it or not the truth is video games do contribute to some amount of violence. You’re ignorant if you don’t think so.
