Picked the game up yesterday, and so far am quite impressed! can be very tricky, especially as some of the checkpoints vary from distance to distance, never seen casinos looks good also!!
I think the biggest problem is games, there is just nothing out for the japs yet, i mean if a Final Fantasy or a Dragon Quest were here im sure the machine would sell every single one for a bloody long time!!! but once these type of game hit the system im sure things will pickup significantly, same as Blue Dragon and to a certain extent Lost Odyssey is doing for the 360.
Looks very promising indeed. Maybe us europeans will have a reason to buy a PS3 at launch after all.

Well im not suprsised by this news, i think its the right thing to do also, more time spent on GT5 can only be beneficial, though 2008 does seem someway off. Forza 2 will be around soon so won`t seem so bad for us petrol heads! I wonder what the release date would of been if GT4 hadn`t of been delayed a few times? Regardless im eagerly awaiting what the Polyphony guys can pull out of the hat, never let me down yet.

whats funny is that the devs recently stated that some portions of the game actually out-do the E3 trailer!!!!! not from where im sitting! BUT, it still looks very very good, and i for one shall pick it up sometime next year.
it took 2 of of us on co-op to beat Ramm on Hardcore!! i think ill be taking a break b4 tackling Insane!! Not sure about Vegas, Edge mag review put me off somewhat, though i thought the demo was pretty good, though GOW has been and gone in that time. Maybe ill pick one up on ebay.
