Really depends on the player preference, I like motion blur cause it gives a sense of motion but for others it might give them motion sickness/hesdaches

PC isn't really a game console, its a game platform
Console = primary design is to play video games
Platform = it can play games but wasn't the primary design of it ex. PC, phones, etc

I doubt this game will get any mod support, most mod support goes to valve and Bethesda games
Well this is just a remake of a older Sega game, not like its hard to take a old game and update the visuals

and games are longer than movies so they pace the jump scares between longer times between each other with puzzles and exploration
