"I think there would be too many games to have at launch. They would start to eat each other up in sales. Of course, being launch titles I don't think companies expect megaton sales unless it's a Nintendo or Rockstar game."
Considering that people have complained for the lack of games when a console is launched I will disagree. Nintendo usually has a mario or zelda, but Playstation and Xbox you needed to wait a year or so before the games came. IT's g...
"Why get both when Sony said they're going to bring their exclusive to pc."
Sony is not gonna let PS5 exclusives come to PC. But rather older titles.
They are not gonna demolish a market they have spent generation to build up.
I buy hardware for the games, and Sony's exclusives have for generationer made me bought their console.
It will not change for this generation either.
HAHAHAHAHA.
No.
"But multiplats games are made for a variety of hardware, not just "current console hardware". These engines do scale otherwise you would see maximum settings on PC that are the equivalent of what you see now on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X."
You're misunderstanding what a game engine is.
When they make games like Assassins Creed for example, they need to make them run in a certain frame rate on a specific hardware. Hence why they have ...
It's amazing how you can sit on n4g and try to correct other people. Must be tragic considering your post history. But incel losers doesn't have anything to do so, gg.
And btw,
Quotes are like this:
“We’re working on the next generation edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt!"
Not.
“
We’re working on the next generation edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt!"
"Including ray tracing and faster loading times"
I guess you meant paragraph? Language seems to be hard for some people that loves to play mr know it alls....
Basically this.
Developers develops their game engines based on the biggest market, hence consoles, so the PC gamers gets to have the better versions of them.
Good thing that developers makes game engines based on current console hardware. Hence why The Last of US 2 blows almost everything out of the water on 7 year old hardware.
PC gets the better bells and whistles of that.
Hopefully as a free upgrade if you have the PS4 version already.
People are buying within their budget.
That's why Nintendo isn't charging 500 dollars for the Switch for example.
Microsoft didn't learn anything from PS3?
$449 Ps5 and sayonara to another console generation, ms.
Understandable.
One hell of a journey.
Looks like a really fun and decent beat em up.
But Goty?
When the texture packs looks better on emulators than official releases....
Do you really think that Square Enix will continue to have that long destructive development time, that both bleeds money and sacrifices fan base?
Thank god they have more divisions than Tabatas and Nomura.
You do know that around 3000 people work at SE with 6 gaming development divisions, right?
Where is it confirmed to be 1080p 60fps?
People are thinking their own fantasies are facts now a days. If something it will be 1440p and 60fps, or just 4k 60fps for those that have hdmi 2.1.
Wasn't it a rumor earlier that FF XVI has been in productions and will be an early PS5 release game? my guess is maybe next year?
Lol, what an utterly pathetic existence to even do that xD
Graphic cards has from the very beginning been better than existing consoles and still the console market is growing every generation.
I wonder why.
Please, ps5 will sell more in 6 months than RTX 3080 will in it's life time. That's how it swings.
