I think it was character animation more than anything. The lip syncing was a bit off and some of the eyes looked a bit dead

MGS1 can already be played better on PC with emulation. MGS2/3 can be emulated with PCSX2 or the HD Collection version with RPCS3. Plus there is no cut content.

Ah ok. I didn't know that. I just watched a video saying the MGS2 HD collection version by Bluepoint was actually a port of the Xbox version and not the original PS2 version like it should have have been.

Volume 2 will more likely be Peacewalker, Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain.
I kind of thought that but in some ways it will be more open. Or at least seem like it. The End boss fight for one, will likely be one giant area now. Not split up by loading screens.
