Bad choice. There was nothing wrong with Yakuza the way it was. Turn based just takes away control and forces you to watch instead of play

Exactly. These people know what they were getting into and if they're passionate enough about their work, they will put in the hours they need to. Working in the games industry and doing weekend work is a hell of a lot better than working in a sh***y warehouse putting boxes on shelves which ultimately is meaningless.
