The drm and 24 hour check really are not an issue for most gamers as most gamers are always online... My ps3 and Xbox as soon as I turn them on are signed in and online, also what about Kinect? You may not like it but other people will (meaning casuals) and TV focus.... So far. Ask me and yourself that after E3, we will get a better idea on focus from MS then.

Im sick of this dumb argument from the snobbish pc brigade, consoles are optimized for gaming, if any pc snob can show me a rig from late 2005 with 512mb of ram, a 10mb ati graphics card and processor close to the Xbox 360 running a game that's looks as nice as games like Forza Horuzon, Far cry 3, battlefield 3 etc then I'll agree about pc's, if you do hardware like for like the pc cannot do what the console can
This is actually a good read, and he is right to an extent but the thought of 50% more raw gpu power and much higher bandwidth with the ram make it hard for the PS4 not to be my main goto device which isn't the way it is this gen, I play my 360 far more, its nice all this fast switching but by the time I've said "Xbox TV" I can have changed over with the all in one remote, I'll probs buy both but the gamer in me is leaning towards the PS4

I'm a user of both consoles but use my 360 primarily, I wanted the Xbox one to blow the doors off at the reveal.... This guy who wrote this is smoking crack, as a games machine the PS4 is looking the way to go, but I will say this, Nintendo still have a lot to worry about, even though the one is underpowered compared to the PS4 it's still has more guts to it than the Wii U, can do more than the Wii u and will be priced similarly no doubt.
