Well, i always thought it was more of an Issue with Android, because their with those APKs it as easy as stealing a Lollipop from a Baby to get something for free, but i guess it also a problem because you have for example the Amazon App Storee where your purchases aree not registered by google play in any way.
with probably a Billion Devices with Touch Controls i call them Standard, and just look at the price point you get decent Tablets with solid Graphics for prices below a 3DS, Handhelds are outdated.
Maybe their next really new Hardware will be something amazing but in times of powerful tablets that can play and do so much more its hard to find a niche for Nintendo again, touch controls are now standard and so are solid Graphics. Nintendo will certainly not go the way of Sega, Nintendo is too centered around for Kids in that market
It will be a good Thing to be a European since we get the Consoles 2 weeks later to see if there any issues that should keep me away from purchasing it just yet.
Dead Rising Games are made in The USA, its just published by Capcom. Best Japanese Games for me where MGS4, MGS HD Collection and Binary Domain.

Xbox 360 Towel Trick, if you were almost out of Warranty wrap it in a Towel and keep it running for an Hour and the thing was cooked and ready for a RROD or E74 Exchange. Not gonna happen anymore

Well, it sure sucks if you only have little Space on your HDD but a GTA Game does not come along that often so you better free up some Space if you want.
