What TF2 needs is a solid Campaign. I need to get the feel for the Game in an entertaining Campaign, I don't wanna be tthrown in a Multiplayer right away. Obviously better Graphics and Botmode too.

Yes. It looks really nice. Textures are sharp all the way through. Gameplay has variety and play at night or a dark room and the atmosphere is amazing. Plus all DLC you are looking at 30+ hours of Gameplay.
