guys it's obvious vgchartz made their estimate based on the NPD and UK numbers. 935k + 150k= 1,085m (add in rest of the world numbers and we get a numbers closer to vgchartz.
You can estimate the rest. digital sales normally are around 10%-20 of total sales so assuming a higher than unusual digital ratio, it can be around 30%. Rest of the world numbers must be around 200k-300k since xb1 barely sell outside US and UK hence why ps4 has a super lead.

And yet, I'm sure COD BO3 xb1 version is going to outsell halo 5 on xb1 alone so even they understand the value of third parties games.
You have to understand that the ps3 and now ps4 wwere always strong for shooters as well. COD games were huge as well on ps3 even if the xb360 versions sold better. It was just a matter of userbase in US as to why xb360 had the edge.
They have in shipment 25.3m as of june 30. Shipment must be over 27m now.
That's not how it works. Let forget all those who upgrade when the elite came, then the slim. I am not a xbox fan and I got 2 xbox 360 last gen. You are also forgetting all the casuals that jump ship last gen due to kinect and they arent there anymore. Xbox fans were never that big to begin with.

Even though 3DS is a success doesn't mean it's not selling below expectations. US and Europe have seen a huge decline in sales compare to its predecessor. It's japan that has helped 3DS drastically. When it's all said and done, 3DS will be lucky to sell half of what DS sold and that's without "competition" in the handheld market. it's apparent that even 3DS is affected by the mobile market.
360 had one year advantage( europe was 1 year and a half) and was $200 cheaper. Also 360 had kinect. Xb1 doesnt have any of that this gen.

New made up information by xbox fans, every games run better on xbox and then mention games without any knowledge whatsoever. They havent realized that recent games like batman and project cars runs better on ps4. Check digital foundry if you have any doubt.

Batman and project cars runs better on ps4. MGS runs at 60 fps on ps4 as well with 30fps only on cutscenes so no, not every xb1 games runs better than the ps4 version.

good but this is just one example. there are other games that say otherwise. project cars, batman and many others that play and look better on ps4 though it's still an improvement from last year.
You couldn't be more wrong. The 20.2m as of march 1 announcement was the last sales figures that was soldthrough. Sony unlike MS, has been showing their shipment numbers without combining numbers, therefore, we have been aware of the total shipments since the beginning so by march 1, the shipments was around 21-22m as of march 1.
