I played the demo and i was wondering why this game was popular. It was so boring and the combat just felt stale. Maybe it was because i was playing with a controller but it still should have been fun. I wished they ported Madworld instead.
Of course it should. You can say that for every multiplatform title. The thing is that not everyone owns a gaming pc. Yes, playing an fps will be better with a mouse and keyboard but most games have aim assist. So aiming is not annoying as it used to be. So in my opinion, the only thing pc have over consoles is higher frame-rates and better graphics. Other than that. It pretty even.

I think it can. I read somewhere that android developers can easily port their android games to the vita. Also if sony can make the vita open source like the android and the iphone. Then they could definitely compete and make alot of money off of apps and games.
