EDIT: they have already confirmed at E3 2013 that it's gonna be running at 60 FPS, the deal now is with the resolution.
while i'm excited i also can't help it. i hope it's not rushed. i was ok with Halo 2: Anniversary for this year and Halo 5 in 2015. If this is true i hope to be good.
