They're pirated obviously. We haven't seen any PC versions of Watch_Dogs IN someone's hand, proper disc and all. It makes my theory of this copy being an unfinished version even more plausible.
This game isn't allowed to be "sh*t". 1886 is the year they made Coca-Cola. Just mention it once in the game and we'll all be happy.
Please don't say Final Retail Version when the game hasn't actually hit the stores yet, these are leaked copies of the game. COPIES. God knows what they are, for all we know this could be a beta :D

I saw that some games like FIFA 11 back then did not have good support and many of the features for the PC version of the game were missing, I saw this again in Black Ops, and that's when I noticed how some games are just meant to be played on Console while others on PC. They've already mentioned that Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is aiming for 60fps. This was accompanied by the trailer of Uncharted 4 which was running at 60fps, 1080p. I know n4g users are so skeptical, so, check Naughty Dog's blog :)
