It would be but there is a 60fps mode if you dont care for RT, i dont care much for RT during racing, but i do care about 60fps during the race.

So.. Bungie is now owned by Sony. But all Bungie games ( inclusive Destiny) an future games will stay third party. Sony ownes Bungie so all the cash made from does games will flow in the wallet of Sony.

You can wish that but look at the reality, When they would build Horizon and GT7 for only for the PS5 there would be almost 20 million potential buyers. Make a games like this the production cost are out of the roof.
Thats one, my second point is, you would kick 120 million PS4 owners in the nuts, like: O you want to play Horizon and GT7? Buy a PS5, o you cant get a PS5 bad luck then.

I'am also not interested in Elden Ring but i dont like this type of games. But i can not denay that it looks great and will be fantastic game for people who like this type of games.
