It wouldn't hold my interest long either, but it sounds like something worth experiencing. Maybe I should find someone who has the game so I can play it without having to pay for it. :)

When I was starting the process of writing this article I sat down and talked with a gamer that did not view the finished product as true art. He had very compelling reasons and arguments for why that was so, which resulted in the point about the collaborative nature of the medium. He acknowledged that games were collaborative, but that the real artwork is the stuff done behind the scenes during the development.

Agreed. I'm definitely rethinking whether I want to purchase anything from Wal-Mart again. Who knows, maybe that package of socks were worn by someone who had athlete's foot and then returned!

Agreed. I don't have as much experience with Steam as some of you do, but what I have seen is mighty nice! Here is to wishing Valve many more years of successful content distribution and game development!

That term is so wrong, but there is no other way to accurately describe the action. Somehow I think there will be plenty more games that will require "Wii Wanking" while playing.
