60fps and dedicated servers are both great new features for a Halo game. I loved the reveal because I wasn't expecting a Halo game shown at all. To people mentioning the covering over the Spartan Armor, it's a reveal teaser, what kind of teaser would it have been if they just showed Chief from the start?

They were Ali in the Rumble In The Jungle, nobody gave them a chance. All I heard was how they'd never revive franchises like Killer Instinct, or how it'd be a Kinect title.

There was a lot of exclusives, not sure you'll be able to play many of those anywhere else, or get the same experience.
I loved it, it was probably one of the best E3 conferences that I've ever seen. People all said the games would be Kinect, we got none, they said MS would talk about TV, MS did no TV. It was all games, and exclusives, we got a release month and a price. It was fantastic.
Wow, was this guy smoking crack? They showed nothing but core games throughout the show! Not only did they show core games, but a lot of exclusives, and a lot of variety, which was a knock on them in the past. There was just about every genre covered, they got Kojimi on stage to reveal MGS5 for Xbox One, they got Ted Price to announce an Insomniac exclusive game for the Xbox One.
It was an 8-9 easily in my opinion.

They had more than one clerk taking pre-orders, I was still putting in games for my pre-order and when the guy went up, he said this is the last one we can take.

This game looked surprisingly good, don't think it would have went over too well at the Xbox One show though, people would have thought it was too "casual".
Got in my pre-order at Gamestop just in time, place was absolutely packed. They stopped taking pre-orders on it right after the guy behind me got his in.
I like the idea of the wave race type of game, but with so many great looking controller based games, doubt this is one I buy right away or anything. Pre-ordered Quantum Break, Forza 5, Ryse and Killer Instinct today.
This was surprising, and I mean who can complain about a free game? I love this on PC, cant wait to play the Xbox 360 version.
The thing I took from the Microsoft show was variety, which is something they lacked later on with the 360. They had just about every genre covered and then some. Looks really good.

I heard the voice, and knew it was a day one purchase. I've seen a lot of people around here complain that Microsoft doesn't listen, but they've taken a chance bringing this game back.

Anyone notice Ubisoft and EA took cues from previous Microsoft E3 shows? I mean they were bringing out guests and weird people to show off games, glad Microsoft went in a different direction.
