I think Microsoft is a sub 55 million console per generation brand. That’s not bad at all and nothing to be sneezed at but when you go around beating your chest and your fans act like you’re 100 million plus console company and actually compete in the world market on the level of Sony and Nintendo then you deserve to get bashed around.
Xbox 360 had inflated numbers with the RROD. Orginal Xbox 24, 360 84 (minus 35% modest RROD failure rate), Xbox one 46-48 (estimate).
I’m afraid to get too close to Xbox in case I end up like a zombie like the vocal minority. It’s truly astounding.

Super excited for the PS5. I’m not worried in the slightest. Seeing what Sony studios achieved with the PS4 was mind boggling. While a vast majority of developers wait till late 2021 to get a next gen capable engine I imagine Sony have already implemented the tech to their in house engines to provide us fans with real next generation experiences.
Given that Sony sold what? 60-70 million more consoles then there direct competitor does anyone else think they have huge bargain...
I understand but have issue with the statement. If that’s really the case then your assumption shouldn’t reflect on the game. Sucker Punch and the gameplay shown never mentioned a morality system. The onus of dissatisfaction is on you not the developer.
I would understand if this was Infamous sequel or prequel and didn’t include a morality system but this is a new IP, past gameplay mechanics from completely different IP shouldn’t be expected and the game should be judged f...
According to LOGICWINS the next game from Turn 10, rumored to be Fable will need to have wheels and a race track or it will be a step down for the developer according to his logical analysis on Sucker Punch.
Microsoft has yet to create a popular IP of its own design. Heavily relying on acquisitions and exclusive deals.
Let's see how this newly developed studio goes with its own ideas. New Microsoft studio, new IP.

If this news came from anyone else other then Greenberg I would give it consideration. I would even believe Phil Spencer before this guy and that’s saying something.
Greenberg would hype rotten horse flesh instead of beef for pie filling if the pie had a giant green X on it. I know PR is he’s job but he has zero transparency. PR needs a balance.
Who do we believe! The founder of Epic games, the very company behind Unreal who Microsoft use for 80% maybe more or the developer of Scorn who said its cpu over ssd. /s

Well my take on this is quite simple.
This game has a lot of development baggage. I think they’re fortunate to find a cashed up Microsoft looking to bolster their exclusive line up and if they weren’t then this game wouldn’t be getting the attention it is now.
Given this games struggles since 2014 I’m curious why so many have put so much belief into Scorn. I hope it’s not another “passion project” narrative when it finally releases.
Fantastic showing. This game for me just kept getting better the more they showed it. I enjoyed this style of “State of Play”. I hope they take this format going forward. Solid gameplay, nice narrative and gave the game the attention it deserves.
This will be my first ever collectors edition.
When the crazy Xbox fans completely falsify facts to meet their agenda it really just makes you question how desperate these people are and how brainwashed they’ve become.
I blame Sony, you can only take a beating for so long and Sony been laying the fist into them for three generations now.
