I wonder if this game will go beyond decorating your houses. what if you own a town. Can you hire guards? Provide entertainment?
I just thought of something. you should be able to donate to a homeless guy for some good points.
I bet you can find random shacks with some guy that will pay you to chop down trees or something.
Maybe you can be hired as a guard!
It seems more possible in this game. In fable 1 every town was a major town, so if it got taken over, the game would crumble. But from the sounds of it, small towns/villages will develop over time, each with it`s own lifestyle. I am guessing there are designated spots in the world where a new towns/villages will develop.
This game should improve on guard dynamics, I think if you kill all the guards, you should have the town to yourself for a while. I think you should be able to slide the guard a bit of gold to fight with you for a while.
I remember in fable 1. I would get the max amount of followers (8) and they would all be bandits. I would take them on quests, and RAIIIID towns. I hope in fable 2, helping out trading camps and whatnot, would give you more willing villagers to fight for you.
I seriously can`t take my mind off of this game. I feel like I can touch October 21st. This game is lying it all on the table. The previews are really impressive.
Yes, your right. Fable had one of the most enjoyable, interesting, and creative worlds I have ever seen. And that`s for last gen. Let`s not forget all of the game content that has NOT BEEN SHOWN. I really think this will snatch GOTY. Most people on this site would say LPB, but I know sooooooooooooooooooo much about that game already, it`s hard to be more excited for that.
I pre-order there. I don`t have any other reason to go in there. Maybe if you want to get a used game that is hard to find or something. But seriously, it`s just not a great environment. I have to lock in fable 2 and gears 2 limited though.

I doubt they even play games anymore. They have become so accustomed to their console sucking, that it has become second nature for them to put bashing in front of gaming.
Gears 2 will SLAUGHTER resistance 2. period.
I remember when I got it last year. I had blankets over all of my windows. It was awsome. Trust me, play this in the dark. It has some of the best atmosphere in a game ever.

You`re looking at it wrong. People here are not waiting for AAA games, infact, they are waiting for lower score games so they can sit around and bash it because of the "low" (anything less than 9) scores.
It`s actually really interesting what this game has done. I have been noticing around forums that it has captured a loyal group of followers, setting up trades and co-op times in forums. This game is by no means a flop.
I bet he was trying to do the battle rifle melee. Most likely stuck the barrel right at his head on accident. May he rest in peace.
