It's because Uncharted is not trying to imitate TR and instead keep the lighthearted tone, humor, storytelling, setpieces, and characters. That's why it's a league of its own. Oh and don't forget the multiplayer.
TR have more gameplay features than Uncharted, and that's okay! Uncharted's gameplay is simpler and has stronger storytelling and cinematic gameplay, and that's okay.

Witcher 3's open world and content went along perfectly. Everything had a story and a purpose: Witcher contracts, Treasure hunting, side quest each very different from the other, and some miscellaneous stuff. I can't express enough how amazing this game is and it's rich and dynamic world

The Witcher 3 is my pick for GOTY. I don't see a game this year that tops it. Fallout 4 is great but i doesn't do open world and RPG as good.

Each version has their framedrop issues. The PS4 version may drop more in some few cases, but the Xbox version is still dropping at 0 FPS while PS4 is 28fps. Until there's proof that fallout On PS4 also drops to 0, then it's clear which version is more stable
