If I could only have one thing on the list, fixing the quitters would be it. Especially in a game like Halo, where you can't jump in and out of games.

The CoD series rarely gets any sort of discounts. While I don't find this deal quite appealing, 40 bucks for a game that's almost a year old, it's still a better deal than you would expect. Plus it's the PC version, not the 360 or PS3 one, they don't sell used versions of PC games. At least, I don't think.
Reach won't become another MW2. Bungie won't let it happen.
As you said in the article, 15000 people received punishment for something as little as cheating the credit system. I can only imagine a more steep punishment for hacking game files.
Bungie isn't stupid, they knew stuff like this would happen and I'm pretty sure that they have way to combat it.

At first, I thought the video meant Vancouver, BC, Canada. I did a quick google search because I was unsure and sure enough, there is a Vancouver, WA.
I have only played it once, but it felt like a slower version of Left 4 Dead. Definitely not a bad game though, especially for the price.

Sorry, the whole point of the title was to get people to try the game. There seems to be a negative mystique with the Halo name right now, being that it's been the same thing since CE. While Reach is not exactly a unique take on the series as a whole, it's a lot different than what Bungie has done with Halo 3 and 2 (IE: Armor Abilities, Health, Weapon Bloom, etc.) and is worth giving a second look, even if you hate Halo:CE, 2 and 3.
It's an awesome deal. From what I hear, you don't need to buy the in-game items, they are just there for fun and if you feel like spending real money on pixels.
Lag in Firefight ruins the whole experience. I hope they fix this.

I've never had a problem with the CoD Single Player. The multiplayer mode however...
