By the time MS starts to get owned by Soony 's PS3 salles in the USA for a few months in a roll then they will think about launching a new console.
I think that Microsoft is not that sad if their console is not selling that much anymore in the rest of the world now.
Priority is USA and you can make sure MS will do every thing possible to stay ahead of Sony on monthly salles

I was not expecting it to get a perfect score but was looking to see some thing like 9.6 to 9.9.
Giving this GoW3 a 8.5 for presentation and 9.5 for graphics ,considering it the most cool looking game made for consoles so far is strange since Bayonetta and ME2 got a perfect 10 on these matters.
If I had to downgrade the score in such a game on purpose I am preaty sure I would not be stupid to remove score from graphics LOL.

Me too, I hope they make it to run in 1080p and have a coop mode of some kind.
Once the engine is done then it is "easy"to make new games for the series.
Just look at Uncharted 2, since they took around 4 years developing the engine for the first Uncharted then it became a hell easier to make UC2 and might be even faster to make Uncharted 3.
Don't think that the ~50M that Sony/GG spent on developing Killzone2 was just for this game.
Now they have the engine super ready to make KZ3 and even by the end of this gen they could lau...
I belive that the best game in terms of replay value for this gen will be Gran Turismo 5.
No matter how good will be GoW3 because after playign it 3 or 4 times to get the plat trophy you will not touch on this game ever again(maybe in a year later..)
On the other hand the GT5 game seems to have a very amazing replay value with all the modes ,cars etc that the game will offer and I can see myself 3 years from now picking this game to play in split screen with friends....
The good thing I guess that Activision is the publisher of this game is that it will not be a Games for windows Live game then.
So every one that buys the superior PC version of Doom 4 will be able to get achivements and etc.
BTW GFWL only have support in 15 countries but still these games are sold every where in the world.
If your country is not on the list or if you playing in a laptop in a country without support to windows live then you can't play it.
I don't understand how on that video the 2 versions of the game preaty much looks like the same !
What I mean is that if in one version the videos run at 1080p while on the other is at 576p then the TV they used to test it is kinda a bad HD tv(720p).
Because if they showed us FF13 in a full LED 240hz HD tv the PS3 version VS the Xbox360 versio at 576p on that same TV we would notice a hell of a difference.

Third party games are better if played in a PC .

Look at Metroid Prime 3 :corruption on the Nintendo Wii, it is a real cool game with a great experience since you play it using a Wii remote+nunchunk.
I might be a pessimist but I doubt that Natal will be able to recognize and execute precisely on the screen all the player's movement while playing a FPS for exemple.
I am trying but I can't imagine a hardcore FPS Halo game to use Natal even if it is a single player game like Metroid Prime3 on the Wii.

This FF13 seems a lot boring for me after I red thsi review. It will no way be as much fun and have uber replay value of recent RPGs like Dragon Age, Oblivion and Mass effect 2.
BTW, this game should get a bit better score on the PS3 version since this game on the xbox360 is quite different in terms of graphic/sound quality.
Activision is milking CoD too fast and then they will not know what happen when ppl start to buy these games less and less as they are doign with Guitar Hero franshise.
A new CoD game at the end of this year will not stop real über potential"games to pop , not this time.
Halo reach , KZ3 or Resistance 3 and Rage will OWN CoDxx, at least on graphics.
All be prepared for an extreemely bugged game thay only thing that might help it is that it is supposed...
I red that the game is very linear and boring and that the only major good thing about it are the high quality videos .

I was not planning to buy FF13 even as a real fun of RPGs but who knows, a few good reviews and ....
After I red a few rumors that Ubisoft and Bungie forgot the idea to make a FPS to use Natal I guess this thing will be even more ocasional then the Nintendo Wii.
It will still be fun through but way too much ocasional to my taste :(
Imagining that Halo Reach can actually have graphics to rival Killzone2 there will still be a problem.
The DVD9 lack of space.
Remember KZ2 is around 1.5-2G size on every stage of the game if I am not mistaken.
So if Halo Reach is as beautifull as a KZ2 it will still be a 2-4 hours campaign max.
You can't fit in a single DVD9 disk so many stages if the graphics are indead a match to KZ2's engine.

I don't plan to buy an xbox360 and the PC version of Metro 2033 is a GFWL game so it does not work for me. "Games for Windows Live" Sucks.
It is a shame, oh well, life continues and I am sure I will be able to be happy with Killzone3/R3....

Microsoft should start having their new released games to have a mandatory instalation on the HDD.
With that no problem on having games such Metal Gear Solid4 on the Xbox360 because it would not matter if it is a 5 DVD9 game since all the disks will be installed on the hard drive so no long loading times etc.
But I guess to make a game for the xbox360 with more then Two disks can be a bit expensive, cheaper will be 1 bluray disk instead.
