Dreamcast was awesome, not enough games … many people buy systems for a specific game
I got an Xbox for Halo, or I got a Wii-U for Mario Kart, or I got a PS4 for (huge list), etc.
Graphics matter, playing in 4k on PC is awesome, but I like playing certain games on console, so while graphics matter it's the games that drive the systems

you can't think they'll fix them forever, so at some point your Switch breaks and won't get fixed … For me that's something I would never be ok knowing as a product owner.
