Because i can't stand concave sticks. I'm used to the PS3 ones. I do way better in Competitive FPS on the PS3 convex sticks. My friend told me , maybe it has to do with the way I hold them ?

With decent rig, GPU is what usually defines the PC's gen.
Movies are different than games.No such thing as "cinematic experience" regarding fps in games. The higher the frames the better.But also the higher the frames the lower graphics are. It all depends on how dev want to present their game.
24fps is not good for games on 60/120hz screens, Anything that's not 30 or 60fps would suffer a lot of stuttering and tearing.
What you should mean is 30fps, which is very deal for a game like TLOU

That's why next gen consoles (PS5,...)will most likely have 1440p (2560×1440) resolution as the standard.
Considering Uncharted 4 will most likely be 30 fps to push the graphics. I would like this to be 30fps so we won't get spoiled by how smooth it is. TLOU is a slow paced game anyway, it doesn't need 60fps, bring the frames to 30 and push the graphics.
They are having difficulties, because they want to push the graphics. They could easily do 1080p/60 fps, but graphics wont look as good as 1080p/30 fps.
4k can definitely happen on these consoles. But it would look like shit, since they'll have to put down the textures quality and all the effects really low. I predict next gen consoles' standard would be 2k resolution. Kinda like 720p on 1080p TVs. Though, I'd get a 2k monitor for it.
Proof of Laziness . Give us a CURRENT GEN port for f**ks sake. (yeah its not called "next gen" any more)
