My perspective?..
Sony remove Backwards compatibility, forcing PS3 users to be unable to play PS2 games, which I assure you, many of them want to do
To only later release the PS2 games they already own, on PSN, and make them re-buy.
To me not a problem though, as I own a launch day PS3, but to many this is the case. (and this is why I will always stick with my phat PS3 and not go to slim)
Still need to finish the DLC for FO3

I've put around 13 hours into the Multiplayer
And 53 hours into Single Player, for me the only Achievement I can see being a pain are a few of the Multiplayer ones

I can imagine a crazy buggy launch, and it not being straightened out until say Mid 2012? and even then, you would have to have the best bloody connection available in the UK.

Pyramid Head, I almost swallowed my tonsils in Silent Hill 2... dear god that game was scary.
I rarely get disappointed by games, because I dont allow myself to get hyped too much
And I rent, and play demos before purchasing stuff.
The last game that really disappointed me was Dantes Inferno, the concept was incredible, and had the foundation to be an amazing game - But turned out to be average crap.
Ah I remember when that game flopped, it was insanity
