Yes its a good PC i would say you'll play WD on Ultra settings @1080p with 60fps i just hope they optimize the game good tho, also i think you are safe for maybe 3to4 years of gaming on ultra with tweaks in more demanding games then WD in the future.
I would LOVE to see Front Mission 3 remastered, for some reason i think that is the best game I have ever played.

Those are more like expansion pack (burial and fallout ones anyway did not try others that you mentioned) they just call them DLCs just cuz it the trend in past few years just like porkChop said: "Dragon Age: Origins did have a big expansion." and was a great one too, personally cant remember last expansion pack released that feels like real expansion pack and not some money grab DLC i mean just look what happened to The Sims 3 "DLCs" that is just wrong. The most important thing right now is just how good the game will be optimized i know its totally new engine (Disrupt) but i expect the best possible also stranger things have happened with Ubi games *cough* AC3/Black Flag :P
