I doubt it's been delayed, my guess it's going to be released in November-December 2014.
After uncompleted games aka DLCs, exclusivity is the worst thing to happened to gaming industry... false marketing is next in line and unoptimized PC games are creeping into top 3 really fast but this should be over soon... i hope.
