PS3 is easily going to overtake 360. but then microsoft is going to make a new console before sony, and overtake PS3 with it. but then 2 or 3 years later Sony will bring out PS4 which will easily take over THAT console.

I already own a 360 which is on the top of my closet in its box because id rather it there than gather dust. so far not one 360 exlusive intrests me and i get all my games that are multiplatform on ps3 because i prefere them there and all my online friends have a ps3.
If the DLC turns out to be that good il just pick up a cheap copy of gta for 360 and get it.

Ingame music for upcoming titles is fine for me, and the ones that everyone would want like Warhawk, the devs are very userbased so theyl release a patch im sure.
Trophys- im betting MGS4 will have it, and then the patches will start rolling in from the big exlusives like drakes fortune and warhawk ect.
