Only one I haven't beat yet. I would love to play it again.
I agree with Dirtnapstor. After hating last years release with a passion, this one is better for sure. I got up to rank 15 and felt the game was solid for sure. That said, BF1 is still a vastly superior game in my opinion.
I played and beat it on PC myself. Man it feels like its older than 4 years (early release and all) but your pretty much spot on with how old the game is. Its very much Diablo like (Although I like Diablo better personally). That said I would get it again if released for the PS4.
I have to agree I have Nioh ahead of it on my list well. Maybe I'll go back and finish my play thru and I may see that the game gets better as I go (I have about 7/8 hearts atm). The weapon issue is probably my biggest gripe for the game...get a good weapon and its gone after about 3/4 mob encounters. That said its still its a 9-10 in my book, about on par with Horizon. its definitely not perfect though.
I was that way for quite a while (never completed a souls game). Then I played Bloodborrne and I beat the game without summoning any help. After that I said I have to go back and beat Dark Souls I & II before III comes out. Now the only one I haven't beat is Demon's Souls and unless its re-released on the PS4 or PC then I probably never will (bc I gave my PS3 to my wife's brother).
As a PlayStation/PC gamer, I've been using a DS4 on PC since it was released (as I prefer DS$ over X1 controllers). That said Bluetooth drops signal very easy on the DS4 (at least for me) when hooked to my pc and that can be a pain. The PS4 USB stick is pretty rock solid with absolutely zero drops for wireless play. Well worth the $15 - $20 investment. I've actually been playing WoW with the DS4 (consoleport addon) the past couple days and its smooth as butter. Also use it for CE...
45 w/ wife of almost 20 yrs and 2 kids (16 &11) and still gaming daily on PS4 and PC. I started with the Atari 2600 and have never stopped.
We live and die with the choices we make. He chosen to align himself with what many consider to be a bigoted statement and is dealing with the consequences.
Just my opinion but besides the weird eyes/facial expressions/my face is tired line, the game is a blast to play so far.

Just beat Nioh (helluva game) last night and booted up HZD this morn. Got Mass Effect on pre-order. So many great games.
Cant speak for X1 but the PS4 had the rubber thumb stick issues. That being said, I would not consider that similar to connectivity issues.
See Nioh....See Horizon: Zero Dawn as recent examples. Its all about the games and the PS4 has them this gen.
Very good and very challenging game (for the record I have beat all soulsborne games except demon's). I have only got to the 2nd Bpss but the Souls imprint is everywhere (as well as Diablo).

I have a razer orbweaver ( https://www.razerzone.com/g... ) that I use for PC gaming bc I sucked so much at kb&m. Its worked great for me when I cant use a controller on pc.
That said I just read a few reviews for the PS4 version and they weren't that promising.....I would hold off on purchasing this item personally.
