Because Microsoft has a very difficult time making hardware that works reliably. If only hardware could follow their same software philosophy: use the public as their beta testers and release upgrades for years to come.

So its just for one level I guess? Either way I guess thats pretty nerdgasmic.
This game was announced in the nineties.
I only lol'd at "unspecifiedistan"
*sigh* Banking in on the consumer whores.
Durrrrrr, UT3? Sony paying for Unreal engine optimization for the PS3? Turok started development years ago. Any of this sound familiar to you?
Head on, apply directly to the forehead. Head on, apply directly to the forehead.
You could have just imported an uncensored version since the PS3 is region free.
You're delusional. He reviews multiplatform games on IGN and has a consistent track record of throwing the PS3 version under the bus.
I'm still glad I have the originals for my collection's sake :)
lol..."hold up on the funbus". Bubble for that!
Surfergirl said this game was looking terrible like two weeks ago. I guess she (he) loses some credibility, eh?
:X
How can you make a game based on a Simpsons reference?
LOL
That is pretty sweet.
SAK,
I agree that paying for expansions is fine. But what you are talking about their (like with BF:SF for example) you are essentially getting a new modified version of the game complete with several maps. You get the grappling hook and all those other cool new gameplay elements.
In the past you would just have them patching the game, and adding a map or two as a bonus to the community. Charging a premium for things like new maps just seems wrong to me, but maybe I'm just behi...
So are you going to have to pay? It sucks what consoles are doing to a once free online PC community of mods and maps. Whats even sadder is the people that have never known any other way and are as a result more than happy to do so.
