What lockup issues? I've logged 20 hours and have had no such problems.
It is also fixed if you delete your profile. This will just erase any settings you made (inverting look, display settings, etc). Strange that it happened to what I think is everyone just tonight. It must have something to do with the network traffic he saw. Who knows what was going on there. Its strange.

You can just as easily take a cab home if you're drunk. I have the choice, just like in real life. Just like I have the choice to run over everyone I see both in the game and real life. The player makes the choices, the game doesn't glorify or force you to do anything.

I have both and I fail to see how PS3 has a worse framerate? In heavy action areas you will see the PS3 outperforming the 360 in terms of framerate. You're just making things up now.
I had both versions running on the same TV yesterday and I have to say the PS3 version definitely looks better IMO. The 360 version has this odd look to it like if you turned the sharpness up on your TV too high, and the PS3 is so soft and natural. If you have both versions running side by side I'm sure you would agree with me as does the majority of the gaming media.
I've had my PS3 (60GB model) on for like 8 hours with GTA in it and have had NO problems. With my luck they will issue a patch for people and it will screw up my shiz lol
