yeah im my experience i havent had really any issues on all services. Xbox is pretty stable for me.

if you think about it, the creation kit isnt coming to pc till early 2016 and those mods will take alittle time to appear on xbox later in the year and ps4 is getting support the same year so there isnt much of a gap, id go with ps4 which should be a bit superior in terms of visuals.
