I saw reports and videos of performance mode have many dips and not hitting 60fps consistently
Any word on performance modes?
I like that every delivery requires a different path with different challenges and you see new places that you might’ve passed my on other deliveries. The giant waterfall by Mamas house was spectacular when I stumbled upon it, only to be stumped by the deep river I couldn’t cross so I had to find another path lol

I’m sorry but Gears 5 was a let down. It’s a downgrade from previous entries including gears 4 due to its f2p system and a slap to the face of paying customers and og gears fans.
They shouldn’t be in full priced games at all. Especially cosmetics in a game that revolves around customization
Once the bike/truck became available, I used them a lot. The journey on foot though are interesting at time with great scenery.

And shoving Micro transactions and downgrading their games to make up for it.

Gears 5 is an embarrassment to the franchise.
Fix footsteps and netcode. Possibly fix some map designs, they’re overly complicated which makes camping here atrocious.
