Capcom said the story takes place between SF 2 and Sf 3 so I think the following characters that has yet to be announced should be in SF4
Akuma - he killed Bison so he should be in it and he'll probably be the last boss

I am so glad that SNK and Art works ( the guys behind guilty gear) are bringing back 2d fighters to the hearts of those who appreciates them.
Capcom, I applaud you for taking risks with SF4, but street fighter roots will always be 2d hand drawn sprites not 3d. Ask yourselves this one question, why Capcom always re-releasing their old SF games for every console and not releasing the EXs version. We never once yet see a Street fighter Ex collection and we gamers know why...3D game...

I am really impressed now, I wasn't before but now I am..I still think they should remodeled ken's and ryu's faces but the rest of the cast looks excellent. I changed my mind, I will be getting this game the day it lunch.
You guys notice that graphically the game hasn't changed at all..When it was 2% complete everyone defended the game, graphically, and look at it now..it still look like feces...Capcom is lazy, they up the graphics at all, trust me..
Please Capcom at least bring some third strike guys back...I would love a Hugo Vs Zangief, or a Fie long vs Yang..Capcom stop taking the safe route
Please don't ask how I got this game because I can't disclose that..Anyway, DMC 4 is DMC and it is one of the best in the series..My only one complaint is that some of the levels were recycled and I hate it...Capcom you guys are too lazy, you guys could have added a few extra unique levels for Dante..Now that I've played it and about to finish it..I would give it 8.5..It is fun, addictive, beautiful, and worth every penny...I'm clocking in 14hrs or so I haven't finish the game, yet..
I believe this game will play well, but I am still disappointed it is not 2d sprites...I am not excited about this game anymore, I will just forget it ever happened just like DMc 2 and the rest
To my disappointment, it was the same demo that was hitting the street from since the game announced back in late 2006 or early 07, same exact demo. The difference is minor, we have a time limit instead of none..Many are saying the 360 one is better, well if that is true only a couple things could come to mind.
1. Capcom is lazy, true Capcom fans knows this, so that being said this probably a old build demo that is now available to us, and the 360 demo is more updated.

That's very impressive that it can be done through the PS3 and besides a lot of PCs can't handle the game to its entirety.
Now that I've seen the game in motion I would like to express my levels of disappointment. The 3D animation is underwhelming and the character models needs a lot of work to be on the same level as last gen and current gen Fighters such as DOA 4 and Tekken 5. Lack of innovation - to say that this is a SF4 title I thought I would have seen clothes putting off and damage models but yet I saw nothing but a simple iteration of the old 2d SF to 3d...Capcom, I am not interested..
this has to be the ugliest character 3D models I have ever seen in my entire life of gaming. Capcom why don't you guys learn? You think by stamping on the name Street Fighter on this game would make me buy it? Tekken 6 looks way better than this and at least the character models for Tekken 6 capture the style of anime..This game looks like crap, please go 2d with this one with tons of animation..Ken looks retarded and Ryu looks like hulk..Oh god..Capcom I hate you

Why on earth this game had to be 3d, it could have been hi res 2d sprites game with 2d backgrounds and improve the fighting engine from 3d strike...

The problem is bad timing, the game came out a time where the market is over crowded with good games, especially on the PS3, most notably, COD 4. Additionally, many are more inclined to buy a 60 dollar game once it has online multiplayer to maintain its longevity. I strongly think games like uncharted should be sold at discounted price or 49.99. Capcom are you insulting me and millions of fighting game fans? You know why this game look like feces? Capcom is aiming to release it on all platforms - Wii, Ps3, 360, and probably Ps2. Because it has been there for many years. SNK is investing tons of money to redrawn all of their old sprites and bring a new generation to 2d animation. Like Capcom, Snk has tried the 3d realm and it didn't work.
The main SF series should be 2d not 3d is not about old purist like me complaining is just that it won't age well. Millions of gamers can play all of the old 2D capcom games because they aged well and still look good today. If only picks up an old copy of Soul Caliber...
