With all that money activision has made over the years they could have at least invested in a new game engine for next gen....COD Ghosts is really gonna struggle against BF4 this next gen, i think by the time activision realizes and decide to get a new game engine its gonna be to late to catch up to BF4 by then.
Very glad to see sony learned from their mistakes that was made with the PS3, now they going for the jugular in this next gen to get back to their PS2 glory days.

I stopped playing COD months ago, it got boring after while just running around and killing people...seems like there's no was substance to the game after that, nothing really that kept you interested playing.
With Battlefield the combination of infantry, vehicle and air combat keeps you playing because your not confined to just one area of combat...to me that keeps the gameplay fresh because you have multiple options on how you want to kill your opponent etc....and now t...
I'm glad I pre-ordered and paid off my PS4 along with BF4 Watchdogs and NFS Rivals a couple days after E3, not going to the midnight launch at gamestop by my house i'll pick it up in the morning when they open.
The demand for the PS4 is already thru the roof but once the official release is announced at gamesconn next month the demand will be in orbit....lol

But I agree with you about pre-ordering early to secure a launch day PS4, it definitely eliminates any forseen problems concerning shipping and supply and demand etc if you weren't able to preprder early.
I believe this game will be a sleeper hit title for 2014, it's different and unique at the same time and definitely will be a launch day purchase for me.
Nemesis was da man in RE3, I also liked RE4 (just hearing those chainsaws and your constantly trying to find out where they are).
Can't wait to play The Evil Within, good to see true survival horror return to the roots of RE 1 and 2 and i'll definitely be playing this game with the lights off (bet that won't last long...lol).
I like the idea of just transferring all of your progression you have so far and letting the stats start from scratch, at least we won't have to start over unlocking everything.
The customization in this game is gonna be insane, also with having more different types of cars (i'm guessing this means all car models not just a specific kind of cars) will make the racing experience that much more better.....just give me my ford mustang shelby snake GT.
I'm hoping that "all types" of cars will mean older cars as well, like the old school dodge challenger ("general lee" of dukes of hazzard show) and the pontiac GTO and the ponti...
I'm sure DICE hasn't forgot about the clan system and support (clan wars are a big factor for multiplayer), my guess is that we'll hear more about it at gamescomm next month if not in september....IMO.
I think sony will finally announce the PS4 release date, then the fury of anticipation and hype really begins (up until now its been hectic but we haven't seen anything yet once the official date revealed).

Can't wait to see the new Battlelog for BF4.
The different camouflage patterns we'll be able to choose from will really add to the realism to the gameplay in the new map enviorments, especially when it comes to being tatical on foot or even in vehicles.

I hope this affects the nfl license, hopefully this will help the nfl think twice and end the license thing especially if EA is gonna lose money every madden game sold.....not good business in any sense.
This game will definitely raise the bar concerning racing games in general, it brings something new and refreshing and its own uniqueness to the genre.
This game will be a launch day pick up for me.

First thing i'm going to do after leaving gamestop in the morning (not going to midnight launch) is first and foremost to make it home safe and sound.....Then order me a pizza and while waiting on delivery, unbox the PS4 and swap out the 500GB hdd for the 1TB hdd i have for it then after that set everything up and get to downloading.....then play BF4.
