"I think console owners often want power so core gamers will buy it."

Agreed, but the caveat is if core online features are present as well. Without a party chat, private chat, an achievement system, and a microphone in the box, like with PS4 and Xbox One, surplus power will be meaningless in marketing to core gamers who can achieved those core online features with Sony and Microsoft.

In fact, if I were a publisher, I'd demand those features in ...

“The more this thing looks like a PS4 or Xbox One I think the better it does, and, ultimately, the only people who are going to buy it are people that don’t have a PS4 or Xbox One. Or, people who have a PS4 or Xbox One, and want to play Nintendo games."

Agreed. Therefore, I expect publishers to continue not supporting NX as it launches, unless Nintendo covers the cost of development.

Street Fighter V is multiplayer cross platform play between PC and PS4, just like Portal 2.

It's not like Dead Rising 3's exclusivity deal because of two reasons: DR3 was (1) released 10 months after its worldwide Xbox One version and DR3 (2) is NOT multiplayer cross platform play.

"The relationship serves a gameplay and development purpose, and not just a marketing value." - Capcom representative

"It is hilarious that Valve is making the devs of the game and mods split the remaining 25%."

edit: I just read it the part about Lombardi in another email, noting that the modder and game developer share their 25 percent split of money, “Additionally, the game creator will have the ability to alter their split with mod authors.”

I'm backpedaling towards that too high.

Kojima quit...he did not get fired. His personal brand is more impactful than Konami's and it would be even more horrific public knowledge if news circulated that Kojima quit himself,...which would further erode Konami's consumer and investor confidence.

Konami makes the most money when they release a Metal Gear Solid or a Silent Hill. Konami is currently worth about half the value ($18.90) they were worth in September 2, 2011 ($36.42) and that year Pro Evolution Socc...

Child of Light by Ubisoft is a masterpiece.

Transistor and Bastion by Supergiant Games is outstanding.

Hotline Miami 2 by Dennaton Games is glorious.

HellDivers by Arrowhead Game Studios is euphoric and heavenly.

Gunpoint by Suspicious Developments is addictive.

No native gamepad support though. I would be playing MW2 on Steam right now if native gamepad support were implemented. Third party gamepad support is laughably horrific without aim-assist.

To me, as I'm speaking for myself, $60 is worth the price of admission to play with native gamepad, 1080p60 and with my friends.

I'm confident MW2 would overtake the gaming community as it did in 2009. The friends list feed on PS4 and XBO will be nothing but "...

Graphic cards or GPUs have HDMI ports. If anyone has an HDTV, which I'm hopeful most North Americans do, there is no need for an additional monitor.

My HDTV is a prime example itself. My 40 inch HDTV has three HDMI ports: (1) PC, (2) PlayStation 4, and (3) Cable.

This is my HDTV, it's a oCOSMO and it's $270 now, but Black Friday of 2013, I purchased it for $200 to play my PC and PS4 on a 1080p screen. This HDTV ranks #39 in LED & LCD TVs sold ...

When did I substitutes abusive remarks for evidence when criticizing PixelGateUk's claim?
