There currently exist no small sized portable technology that come close to matching, never mind EXCEED PS4 performance. Xavier technology isn't ready before 2023 and that's on par with PS4, not sxceeding it as you apparently expect. The Switch currently outperform $1000 phones in gaming comparisons. Clearly you aren't well informed on this subject

They won't split the install base. If Nintendo launch a more powerful Switch it will be comparable to the situation you have with the PS4 Pro and XBOX1 X . Existing and soon to be released Switch games will look nicer, but it won't be a generational leap
