PSN fine on my end, east coast US of A.
Last year Microsoft released the highly anticipated titanfall on march 11th, which pushed a lot of units. This year there was no big release hence the lower sales in march 2015.
That's 62% jump is because the xbox one was 500$ last year and a year later you can get one for 350$. Big price difference.
If Konami can do both, consoles games and mobile, I don't care then. However, the way Konami is talking, it seems they will go full on mobile most likely, which will get them lots of money maybe but lose their console customers. We also know mobile games don't tend to work as well as a good controller on a pc/console.
Good luck Konami, but if you go 100% mobile, then see ya.
You're right, the only one to blame are the people that keep buying season passes and DLC. Why would they stop passes and DLC if people still keep buying them in droves. I just wish the good DLC like in borderlands was the standard and horse armor DLC was seen as the devil but in a lot of cases it is the other way.
I would hold out on this one and wait for word of mouth if it is good. A lot of media gave Unity 8's and some 9's, geez.
I'm glad people are enjoying ea access, but like you said I fear more companies will start doing it. Then you will have to worry about ea access, then Activision vault,etc....where you will have to spend tons of money each year on subscriptions. Because you know one of them will think it is a great idea to hold onto a huge game behind one of there services, it is a slippery slope.
Man, one thing that has really changed this gen compared to the last is vegetation. The vegetation looks great and very dense, love it.
Have Rockstar ever officially supported mods in their GTA games before? I know they didn't support them on GTA4, unless I am uninformed.
That's surprising, do we know the split between xbox and ps sales?
Wow, didn't expect that much of a difference, glad they didn't go for parity.
Did Rockstar ever support mod support though, for any of there recent games?
No wonder DLC is pushed so much or is cut out from the main game.
"DLC and expansions are also shown as a big revenue source for Electronic Arts, amounting to about half of the revenue for packaged goods (that drop by 10% year over year), and twice as much the revenue from full game downloads.Electronic Arts, PS4, Xbox One"
Looks good, I love bringing my wii u pad and vita to bed incase I want to play a couple games. The guy did say there was a little bit of lag, hopefully that gets taken care of before release. Does this work outside of your local network like vita?
For multitasking it is, since you have to go back and forth from metro and desktop. Very annoying and unproductive.
Windows 10 looks great. For some reason it seems every other OS windows makes is great. Millenium crap, xp great, vista crap, windows 7 great, windows 8 crap, windows 10 seems to be great as well. Can't wait to try this on an old computer as well to see how well it performs.
That's the whole point. $$$
MS either needs to get rid of the parity clause or update it. The fact the clause is there but some games can go through but not others makes no sense. In the end the parity clause is hurting Microsoft more than helping, in comparison Sony has twice as many indies because of there good policies. It really is surprising how xbox 360 had a ton of indie support and now the xbox one is the opposite.
Final fantasy 10 on ps4, cool.
I was hoping at least a solid 30 fps on the ps4, but then again this is a very demanding game. Looks great and plays acceptable but damn, I wish it wouldn't crash.
