You're irrational. I play games not specs. You?
I think a price drop not only makes Nintendo loose more money but it also devalues the perceived worth of the Wii U being a brand new piece of hardware.
I think two hundred fifty dollars would have been the perfect price tag for the Wii U for me personally but as a new video game console that does alot of new things in new ways the price is acceptable.
Lol! Put your'money where your mouth is!
Nintendo is going to steal the eighth generation of video game consoles. The least powerful and the least expensive ALWAYS wins!
Here's why Nintendo will win the eigth generation of video games.
1. Nintendo develops the best software in the World. Nobody comes close.
2. Nintendo builds hardware that is nigh invulnerable.
3. Miiverse.
4. Reggie.
5. Their customer service is number one in any industry.
6. Shigeru Miyamoto. Super genius.
7. Lateral thinking with withered technology.
8. Familys trust Nintendo to provide all it's members with fu...
Absolutely!
Lol! I see a Nintendo video game console as the only video game console I need. At least for five or six years!
The games you mentioned are the reasons I bought a Wii U. The the main difference (magic) between Nintendo and other video game developers. They can take a game like Mario Kart and change it up enough every generation to make it fresh. Compare Mario Kart Wii to Mario Kart ∞. It isn't just a new coat of hd paint that's different it's a vastly different game. Raci...
Wrong again. Super Smash Bros. Is a bonifide triple A system seller. You might not agree but there are literally millions of gamers that have and will enjoy this great series of video games for years to come. Great twenty third comment though. Keep up the good work.
I've said before here if you could use on Mii's on ssb 4you could have Reggie vs. Krusty the clown or Miyamoto vs. Micheal Jackson! Satoru Iwata vs. Robocop, doesn't seem fair really, for Robocop! I'm so looking forward to this one. If ssb is dead that must mean I'm dead! Every iteration has been fantastic to me. Brawl is still very playable and lots of fun. Melee still plays great also. Brawl still gonna' cost yo fifty bucks. I think that's gotta say something ab...
Where's the Wii U AC?
In my opinion you are incorrect. You "might" be right if Nintendo and second and third parties release Mario kart 8, Super Smash Bros 4, Watchdogs Bayonetta, Wonderful 101, Zelda U etc. and they don't become big hit system sellers. Only then I'll agree to you and claim the Wii U is dead myself.
My personal feeling is Nintendo is going win the eighth generation video game console war.
The game pad would be cool for weapon selection like Wii U Blops 2. Actually sitting here on my couch I can think of many different ways R* could utilize the game pad for example, while flying a plane or helicopter you could have the cock pit on the touch screen and actually control the plane by touching virtual controls. You could steer just by moving the game pad.
But why leave all that money lying on the ground When all R* has to do is reach down and pick it up? Even if it sold two hundred fifty thousand units, on the Wii U R* would still make a more than tidy profit.
Gross.
Where do I sign?!
Why do you think Nintendo merged their home console and handheld divisions? It is my opinion that in five or six years you'll have a handheld that is also a piece of a larger scale home console. Maybe.
The name really really threw off the non gaming public and lead to alot of confusion. I love the name. I personally think it's great. They should have called it the Revolution. Everybody loved that name but that's what happens when people try to get cute in the boardroom. Nintendo needs to spend alot of money in advertising to clear up this confusion. Big time non goofy super saturating tv commercials. Now. I kind of wish they launched at two hundred fifty usd but here we are. I'...
If you could utilize user created Mii's you could have Reggie vs. Donkey Kong, Miyamoto vs. Krusty the Clown. It would be great! Of course Reggie vs. Donkey Kong would legally be considere a mirror match.
True and don't forget the GBA was selling like crazy meaning Nintendo made a very tidy profit. I'm actually more worried about the Xbone! Who would buy that console after all the dirty tricks Microsoft tried to pull? Definitely gives insight into the plans MS has for the present and future of this industry. Which to me is... Terrifying!
In my opinion as long as Nintendo hangs on to their family friendly image and their trustworthy image they'll be around for a long, long ...
It is my opinion that Nintendo can't really afford to do that quite yet.
I happen to share your opinion. I love my Wii U. It's a great video game console! If I'm having fun I win!
