Nintendo has already merged their home video game and handheld divisions. I think they are going after smart devices. I imagine a base unit for memory and a handheld device linked by cloud technology so you can bring your Wii U like hand held device any where in the world. Remember Nintendo doesn't think of Microsoft and Sony as their rival they think anything that interfere's with their customers use of their devices as their rival. Cable tv, Football, I phones, pc's etc.
Incorrect!!!! Nintendo is the best console manufacter in the world! I'll go turn on my NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube and Wii to prove to you this is fact! No one in the world except an escaped mental patient could ever question their home video game console manufacturing period. I'd have to say they are PERFECT at manufacturing home video game consoles.

I think Nintendo should've called the Wii U the Revolution. Everybody really loved that name to begin with. Nintendo should have released the Wii U at the sweet spot two hundred fifty dollars. When the Wii U launched Nintendo should've had a few remastered games ready to get them through that abyssmal post launch period, the Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask hd, Super Mario Sunshine hd and Mario 65 would've got them over the hump.
