i heard they was doing dedicated servers, didnt think that was true though. i really dont under stand why all high profile games like this and halo etc. never had dedicated servers on a service that we pay for (live). just boggles the mind..
im very much looking forward to gears3 .dedicated servers is more of a platinum linning to me, about time epic!

Thanks for holding the ps3 fanatics at bay while I was gone xactgamer. Bubbles. Theyare so damn insacure. If the only thing that exist in there world is a ps3 cause of blu Ray then the kids just don't have any idea on what they missed out on in the past few years. It's shamefull to think that they call them selves gamers yet spend all damn day dissing games. If you can't afford to keep up is one thing but to bash it day in and day out is another but I guess that what broke ppl do...
First off this is a 360 thread with a bunch of Sony fanatics reminding everyone what the ps3 can do. The 360 does not need blu Ray the damn thing has been out for 5 6 years and it's still holding the numbr 2 spot "world wide" with great games like Alan wake, me2, reach, crackdown 2 etc. If they came out with a DVD format again next gen then yes that would be a huge issue but we are not there yet.
And just so you clowns know I have a ps3 my tag is wanted-in-bpt. ...

the game is a patch to work with move, it wasnt built with move in mind, so im sure it takes some getting used to. i dont have move yet but i plan on buying it i think it will offer great games in the future that will use moves full potential. i bet the next mag would be much smoother..

while i dont plan on flat out not supporting the 360 at all, i feel like the only way to send a clear message is not to support everything they do like live increase. multiplats are way better on the ps3 than they use to be, lately i been getting the version that comes packed with an exclusive like red dead, and dantes inferno come to mind for the ps3.
remember when micro said that they will not nickle and dime for dlc and keep it in check? tak...
funny, i remember way back when all you had to do was beat a game to get stuff like this.. the good ol days when you didnt have to pay for something that was free.
anybody remember when this gen started that this dlc stuff would be substantial dlc? no nickle and dimming. i remember micro saying they would keep that in check, then came the horse armor dlc lol. its crazy how us gamers get told lies gen after gen if we just got together and put just 1/4 of the energy that we do ...
i dont know who to blame best buy for being a greedy company like most, or ignorant ppl that pay for it..
im just about done supporting live and multiplats on the 360. reading this info and knowing that they are going to hike the live price is just too much, and i will never understand how sony has more dedicated servers for there games on a free network. my live subscription will be canceled once i get tired of reach. sorry micro live is good but psn is free and just about as good, good enough for being free anyway..

So because micro is trying to expand into the casual, they are raising the price for live, and they don't have as many exclisives as sony who has more studios than ninetendo and micro combined is your proof that they are going under? Really? They are going to have dedicated servers? That surprised me. I never understood why huge sellers like gears halo cod don't have dedicated servers. Actually I don't get why all 360 games don't have dedicated servers considering we pay for live, how can psn have more dedicated servers.
I beat it on normal and never got back to playing it. I ended up trading it in, I just never got into it.
