@Lexiiii Kareem doesn't want to be in the game for religious reasons. As far as I know Chris Webber is under contract with EA's NBA Live and Charles Barkley doesn't like the way the NBA treats retired players which is why he won't allow his likeness
However, 2K got Barkley for the Dream Team in NBA 2K13. Kareem was in 2K12 and also in 2K14 (as a part of an roster update). So I guess this should be an issue?
