Jak is already confirmed (much like how Nathan Drake was). They haven't officially announced him yet though. They'll announce more characters at Comic Con so I'm assuming they'll announce Jak & Cole or maybe even Batman.
It died after FF9. FF10 was the beginning of boring stories & characters (aside from FF7's terrible story and dull characters outside of maybe Vincent & Zack) and FF10 was the start of the linearity.

I don't see why they put Heihachi in the game. I mean they could've at least used to old version of him instead of the lame young version. Looks like he'll be my training punching bag...Unless a worse character gets announced.
No the MAWLR from Killzone 3 was involved. Whoever said it was from Metal Gear knows very little about games...Mainly Metal Gear.
Yet another reason why I'll be avoiding this garbage (of course I'm sure the game will have overpriced DLC characters, colors, and announcer voices that you have to pay $8-10 for like the rest of their games; they'll release 2 or 3 versions of the same game again with more overpriced DLC).
I'll save my money for Playstation All Stars instead.

This game isn't even worth $60 to begin with. A collector's edition for the game that ruined the series isn't worth buying either.

I'm still wondering why they're using the "Resident Evil" name in a game that is nothing like Resident Evil. It's like that Raccoon City shooter that came out.
I wonder if they have the real Resident Evil game on the disc. Maybe they just locked it on the disc and you have to pay about $50-60 extra to unlock the real game instead of the generic shooter that they give you here.
Namco Bandai can't do anything right these days and they sure as hell aren't competent enough to make a better version of Smash Bros. They wouldn't be able to make anything even half as good as that game.
I don't need to play a demo to know that the game will be garbage. Resident Evil has been a dead franchise ever since RE4 took away the horror to throw in a bunch of action. Now the series is nothing but a generic shooter.
